• Manage the transition from existing suppliers to a new provider.
• Upgrade metering when required and mitigate risk through leak detection software.
• Improve the quality of data received to deliver accurate invoicing and benchmark site performance across cost centres whilst de-risking portfolios. 
• Carry out ongoing invoice validation services alongside our clients’ finance departments, reducing the administrative burden for businesses and rationalising how our clients account for their water usage in alignment with forecasting requirements.

We also manage all aspects of trade effluent set up and invoicing, ensuring compliance and preventing overcharging through operational analysis of effluent requirements. We manage projects for our clients to install wastewater treatment and trade effluent monitoring equipment, providing specialist advice on compliance and working to secure future cost savings.
