This role is instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our energy and carbon functions, providing essential support to our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsabilidades:

      • Providing administrative support to our energy and carbon teams, assisting in the management and coordination of projects and client engagements.
      • Handling telephone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate team members.
      • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations, and managing team diaries.
      • Assisting with the preparation and dissemination of documents, reports, and presentations related to energy and carbon initiatives.
      • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases pertinent to our energy and carbon functions.
      • Offering general support to visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment.
      • Coordinating activities and operations within the energy and carbon teams to secure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
      • Assisting in the planning and organisation of corporate events, meetings, and other initiatives.
      • Liaising with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations in support of our energy and carbon functions.

Experiencia y calificaciones:

      • A-levels or equivalent; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferable.
      • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is an advantage.
      • Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
      • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
      • A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
